Refund Policies

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to themselves and give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
